To make your purchase, please click on one of the Amazon buttons or the Smashword button (for E-books) where you will be taken to the site where you select your book. Once your purchase is complete, please return to this page and click on the registration button. Enter the details as prompted. You will need your Amazon or Smashword purchase number and once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours.
Please note: Only a single membership per purchase is available, irrespective of the purchase dollar amount and number of books purchased.
